Every rule, in one place.
A firm handling Thai visas and relocation kept its rules, policies and procedures scattered across drives, inboxes and people's heads. Flairr pulled all of it into one knowledge hub that answers questions from the documents themselves, and logs every change.
The problem
Visa and relocation work runs on detail. Requirements shift, rules carry exceptions, and the right answer often sits in a document nobody can find quickly. The firm's knowledge lived in scattered files, old email threads and the memory of whoever had been there longest.
New staff took weeks to get up to speed, and even experienced ones lost time hunting for the current version of a policy. When the source of truth is "ask Sarah," the business doesn't scale, and answers drift.
The system
Flairr built a knowledge hub with a simple UI. Staff upload and store every company document, rule and procedure in one place. Behind it, a retrieval-augmented generation system ingests all of it, so anyone can ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn straight from the firm's own material.
Where the team wants the AI to answer a certain way, they add FAQs that steer it, no developer involved. The hub becomes the single source of truth the whole company works from.
Guardrails
The hub answers from the uploaded documents alone, so it can't invent a rule or a requirement, and every answer points back to the source it came from. A full audit trail records who uploaded or updated each document, and when, so the firm always knows the provenance of what it relies on.
