The day spent copying messages.
A logistics company ran on people relaying information between WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and email all day. Messages got missed, details got mistyped, and trucks were held up. This agent moves the information for them, instantly, and without the typos.
The problem
Dispatch, supervisors and drivers stayed in sync the hard way: someone reading a message in one WhatsApp group and retyping it into another, then copying the same details into Google Sheets and drafting an email to whoever needed to know. Most of the day went to moving information by hand.
It was also fragile. Messages got missed, numbers got mistyped, and a single slip held up the dispatch of a truck, an expensive kind of small mistake.
The system
Flairr built a custom AI agent that sits in the middle of all that traffic. It takes in requests and orders from team members, forwards each one to the right team or supervisor, updates the relevant Google Sheets, and sends the emails that need sending, the four jobs people were doing manually, done the moment a message comes in.
The team stops being a relay and goes back to the actual work of moving freight.
What changed
From the first day there were no more copy-paste errors, and information flowed without anyone shepherding it. Communication that used to take hours happens in seconds, and the delays that came from missed or mistyped messages largely disappeared.

From hours to seconds.
Take in
A team member sends a request or order, in the same WhatsApp they already use. The agent reads it.
Route
It forwards the information to the right team or supervisor, so nothing depends on someone remembering to pass it on.
Record
The relevant Google Sheets are updated automatically, exactly as written, no retyping, no slip.
Notify
Any emails that need to go to supervisors are drafted and sent, closing the loop without a human in it.
What the client got back.
Return on the build, measured against the hours of manual relaying and the delays it removed.
Of copying messages and updating sheets gone every week, handed back to moving freight.
Saved every year, with fewer dispatch delays from the missed messages and typos that used to creep in.
